Let’s Work Together
Individual Coaching
Do you feel stuck in patterns you can’t explain, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from your true self?
Be empowered to engage with your autonomic nervous system, understand the story your body is holding, and learn how to bring love and healing to your younger parts. You’ll also discover how to bring regulation to your body, restoring a sense of safety within.
As layers of pain and disappointment are gently released, you’ll uncover more of your true self. Limiting and unhelpful belief systems will be brought to light, allowing you to replace them with beliefs that support who truly you are.
You will be equipped to live life fully alive!
Couples Coaching
Are you longing for more safety, connection, and understanding in your relationship?
Learn how to create safety in your relationship by exploring your upbringing, understanding how it shaped your view of “normal,” and recognizing how that impacts your partner.
You’ll become equipped to engage your nervous system—knowing when to pause a difficult conversation, how to regain regulation in your body, and how to repair relational ruptures in a healthy way.
These tools will empower you to build a relationship rooted in safety, connection, and mutual understanding.
CliftonStrengths Coaching
Have you been told to "fix yourself" when what you really need is to understand yourself?
Discover the unique strengths that shape how you think, feel, and interact with the world. You will explore your natural talents—which are part of your original design—and how to intentionally develop and use them in all aspects of your life.
Rather than focusing on what's wrong, you'll learn to lean into what’s right with you. This self-awareness creates clarity, confidence, and momentum as you begin living and leading from your strengths.
You will gain confidence that you are great just as you are!
FAQ’s

I call what I do Original Design Coaching, it’s rooted in the belief that you were uniquely crafted—with intention and purpose—to be exactly who you are. Our work together is a gentle, piece-by-piece return to that original design.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, combining nervous system regulation, belief and story work, and reparenting of younger parts that still need care. It’s grounded in the understanding that real transformation happens when we work with both the mind and the body—when we don’t just talk about change, but experience it in a safe, supported way.
Compassion is central to everything we do. Without kindness toward ourselves, it’s nearly impossible to shift the beliefs and patterns that no longer serve us. Through this process, you’ll begin to rewrite your inner narrative, make space for healing, and step into a way of living that reflects who you truly are.
This isn’t surface-level coaching. It’s deep, powerful, and lasting work.

These approaches often overlap, but they each serve a different purpose—and understanding the distinction can help you choose what’s right for you.
Coaching
Coaching is present and future-focused. It’s about identifying where you are now, where you want to go, and how to get there. In my work, I help clients uncover limiting beliefs, grow in self-awareness, and step into who they were created to be. I use tools like CliftonStrengths to support this process (if this is chosen), helping you better understand your natural wiring and how it shows up in your relationships, work, and daily life. Coaching is action-oriented and centered around growth.Counseling & Therapy
Counseling and therapy are typically more focused on the past. They help address unresolved trauma, emotional pain, or diagnosed mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. These modalities are led by licensed mental health professionals and are especially helpful when deeper clinical support is needed. -
Absolutely. You don’t need to have been in therapy or done coaching, or personal development work to begin this journey.
All you need is a willingness to be curious about yourself and a desire to grow. There’s no pressure to “have it all figured out”. It is my job to lead and guide you. Whether you're just starting to explore your emotions, looking for support through a transition, or sensing there’s more to who you are, this work can help you reconnect with yourself in a regulated and empowering way.

Session rates vary depending on the type of work we’re doing—whether it's individual or couples coaching, or Strengths-based coaching (which includes the CliftonStrengths assessment). I can share more details during a free meet-and-greet Zoom call.
I believe coaching should be accessible to as many people as possible while also maintaining the integrity and value of the offering. For this reason, I have spots available for people facing financial hardship.

Most clients meet with me weekly or every other week, depending on their needs, goals, and capacity. As we establish a strong foundation and build momentum, some clients eventually shift to meeting monthly for ongoing support and check-ins.
Consistency is key—especially at the beginning. Regular sessions help create the momentum needed for meaningful growth and lasting change. We’ll always collaborate to find a rhythm that supports your progress while honoring your life and schedule.

You’ve already started the process by visiting my website. The next step is to book a free meet-and-greet Zoom call, where you can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
When you book the call, you’ll receive a link to my intake form. Completing it beforehand helps me understand the kind of support you’re looking for.
Once we’ve connected and completed these two steps, we can schedule your regular sessions.
